Skopeora is the scope definition framework for the Close O Matic AI Sales Team. It establishes what is included in a standard deployment, how systems are configured, and where functional boundaries apply before execution begins.
Skopeora is the scope and authority framework of the Close O Matic AI Sales Team. It defines engagement scope, role boundaries, and decision authority for AI Sales Team members deployed under Primora Powers, determining which roles are active and what actions they are permitted to perform. Skopeora does not conduct external research or prospect intelligence; instead, it governs how AI Sales Team members operate within predefined constraints, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and controlled handoffs across the sales workflow.

These definitions apply exclusively to deployment scope as defined by Skopeora and are provided for clarification purposes only. They do not constitute service guarantees, performance commitments, or legal obligations.
AI Sales Team Member. A distinct autonomous role within the Close O Matic AI Sales Team, such as Bookora, Transfora, or Closora. Each Member operates with defined responsibilities, permissions, and scope boundaries. Members are software-based systems, not human representatives, and do not imply client staffing or personnel.
Configured. A capability is enabled and operational within predefined parameters for the specific AI Sales Team member's role.
Member-Level. Configuration applies only to the individual AI Sales Team member and does not affect others.
System-Level. Control applies across multiple AI Sales Team Members and governs shared rules, sequencing, or dependencies.
Orchestrated. Members are coordinated through predefined workflows without executing actions directly.
Governed. Rules and constraints define what is permitted, not execution.
Centralized Enforcement. Rules are enforced from a single control layer for consistency.
Guardrails Enforced. Boundaries prevent actions outside approved authority.
Limits Enforced. Hard boundaries restrict pricing, offers, or authority.
Coordinated. Independent actions are aligned to avoid conflict.
Routed. Calls or actions are directed based on predefined rules.
Oversight Enforced. Execution is monitored for compliance.
Cross-Member Shared State. Context is shared across Members for continuity.
Session-Level. Memory applies only to the current interaction.
System-Wide. Rules or visibility apply across all Members.
Optional. Capability is available only when required dependencies or services are active.
External Trigger. The Member signals an external system (such as a CRM, calendar, or messaging service) to perform the action.
Transactional. Actions tied to specific events, not marketing.
Authority Bounds. Maximum decision power before escalation.
Primora Powers deployment is priced and executed per country of operation. The standard geographic deployment scope is defined by Skopeora. Each country requires an independent Primora Powers deployment to align with jurisdiction-specific compliance, disclosure requirements, routing logic, and operational constraints.
Global operation is not supported through a single universal deployment. Each jurisdiction must be configured independently within the scope defined by Skopeora.
Scope Definition Authority. Skopeora defines what is included in a standard Primora Powers deployment. All items listed on this page reflect baseline configuration, orchestration, and governance of Close O Matic AI Sales Team members only. Governing terms, limitations, and refund policies are defined in our Terms of Service.
No Custom Development or External Services. Primora Powers does not include custom software development, third-party engineering, website development, marketing services, data sourcing, or unrestricted scripting beyond the supported Close O Matic AI Sales Team member frameworks defined within Skopeora.
Compliance Boundary. Close O Matic deploys sales-oriented compliance disclosures and operational guardrails as part of standard configuration. This does not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, or jurisdiction-specific legal approval.
Performance Disclaimer. Deployment of AI Sales Team members establishes technical and operational readiness only. Sales outcomes, conversion rates, revenue performance, and lead quality are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside the scope defined by Skopeora.
Expansion & Change Requests. Additional AI Sales Team members, regions, workflows, integrations, or expanded functionality beyond the standard scope defined by Skopeora require a separate Primora Powers engagement or formal statement of work.
